Kassidy Hadley

As Director of Market Research + Business Analytics, Kassidy supports the business development team with important information that companies need to make a location decision.

Kassidy graduated with a degree in Sociology from Furman University and minored in Poverty Studies and African American Diaspora Cultures. She participated in multiple clubs, acted as a facilitator for classroom dialogues dealing with self-reflection, and studied abroad in Ghana and India. She managed a data warehousing consultant company prior to joining the partnership in 2019.

Throughout her studies and interactions, Kassidy finds herself drawn to people’s stories. She is passionate about highlighting narratives that are often overlooked. At the Greater Richmond Partnership, the team is continuously welcoming people from all over the world into the office. Kassidy enjoys listening to different companies’ needs and helping tout Greater Richmond’s assets. Throughout her various roles at GRP, Kassidy works to maintain and improve the organization’s Salesforce database, generate reports on metrics and goals, pull custom data for prospective companies, conduct the Cost of Living Index data collection, and update the data in marketing materials.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Kassidy started to call Richmond home after frequent weekend trips to visit college friends. She appreciates all the region has to offer, from the sense of community and the cost of living, to the plethora of festivals and greenery. She takes advantage of the city’s walkability and explores different art galleries, coffee shops and thrift stores.

In her free time, you can find Kassidy drawing in a coffee shop, watching NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, meandering through Carytown or investing in plants she doesn’t need.
